  • What brands of raw food do you carry?
    We proudly offer a wide selection of high-quality raw food brands, including Green JuJu, Raw Performance, Big Country Raw, Iron Will, Bold by Nature, Totally Raw, Tollden Farms, Congo Raw, Smack, Vital Essentials, The New Zealand Pet Co, North West Naturals, and Kibble in the Raw by Primal.
  • Do you carry kibble?
    Yes! Barkin Boujee carries a carefully selected range of kibble brands that meet our high standards for quality and nutrition. We do not carry brands owned by Mars, Colgate, or Nestlé, as we prioritize transparency and premium ingredients. While we specialize in raw feeding, offering a wide variety of frozen, dehydrated, and freeze-dried options, we ensure that the kibble we do carry is as clean and nutritious as possible.
  • I’m curious about raw feeding—do you offer samples?
    Yes! We know switching to raw can feel like a big decision, and we’re here to help. We offer free samples so you can test different options and see what your fur baby loves. Our team is happy to share expert advice and guide you in making the best choice for your pet’s health.
  • Can I bring my dog to the store?
    Absolutely! We love meeting your fur babies! All pets must be friendly and on a leash at all times. If using a retractable leash, please keep it short for safety.
  • What if my dog has an accident in the store?
    Accidents happen! However, if your pup has an accident on any products, you will be responsible for purchasing the affected item.
  • Do you accept returns?
    We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to exchange items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include the receipt. Please note that raw and frozen products are not eligible for exchange.

  • How do I start an exchange?

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
    We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within X hours of purchase. Please email us at barkinboujee@hotmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
  • My package is lost or delayed—what do I do?
    If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking number. If it's still missing, contact us at barkinboujee@hotmail.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue!
  • How long does shipping take?
    Processing takes up to 7 business days, and shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are: Standard: 5-7 business days Expedited: 3-5 business days
