Shipping

Orders are packed with care and shipped securely. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on the way. Please note: frozen/raw food is not shipped.

Exchanges

We do not accept returns.
Exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase with:
- Original receipt
- Tags attached
- Item in new, unused condition

Food Guarantee

While treats, chews, supplements, and wellness products are non-exchangeable, open food bags may qualify under the manufacturer’s guarantee. If you have an issue, we’ll work with the brand on your behalf to make it right
