Store Policies

At Barkin Boujee, everything is curated with intention for your fur baby. To keep things safe, simple, and transparent, here’s how we roll:

Shipping

  • We ship accessories, toys, toppers, and wellness products across Canada.

  • Food is not shipped (raw, kibble, freeze-dried, dehydrated, or cooked). Food purchases are in-store only.

  • Tracking details are provided once your order is on its way.

Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns.

  • Exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase with:

    • Original receipt

    • Tags attached

    • Item in new, unused condition

Food Guarantee

  • All food (raw, kibble, freeze-dried, dehydrated, cooked) is covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee if your pet won’t eat it or if there’s an issue.

  • Each brand has its own policy, and we’ll handle the process for you.

  • Food must be returned within the time frame outlined by the manufacturer.

Treats & Chews

  • Treats and chews are final sale once opened.

  • Unopened treats/chews in original packaging may be exchanged within 14 days with receipt.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Opened/used items (except food under manufacturer guarantee)

  • Supplements

  • Essential oils and wellness products

  • Gift cards

Payments

  • We accept debit, Amex, MasterCard, Visa, and Barkin Boujee gift cards.

  • All sales are processed in CAD.
