Shipping

We ship accessories, toys, toppers, and wellness products across Canada.

Food is not shipped (raw, kibble, freeze-dried, dehydrated, or cooked). Food purchases are in-store only.

Tracking details are provided once your order is on its way.
Exchanges

We do not accept returns.

Exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase with:

Tags attached

Item in new, unused condition

Food Guarantee

All food (raw, kibble, freeze-dried, dehydrated, cooked) is covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee if your pet won’t eat it or if there’s an issue.

Each brand has its own policy, and we’ll handle the process for you.

Food must be returned within the time frame outlined by the manufacturer.
Treats & Chews

Treats and chews are final sale once opened.

Unopened treats/chews in original packaging may be exchanged within 14 days with receipt.
