Cancellation Policy
Session Understanding Boujee Scentsations offers private sensory enrichment sessions designed to support mental stimulation, decompression, and natural canine behaviors through olfactory exploration. This service is not training, daycare, grooming, or veterinary care. ⸻ Liability Waiver I acknowledge that participation in enrichment activities involves inherent risk. I agree to release and hold harmless Boujee Scentsations, its owners, and staff from any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during or after my dog’s session, except in cases of gross negligence. I understand that I am solely responsible for my dog and any actions or outcomes resulting from participation. ⸻ Property Damage Normal exploration is expected. Excessive or intentional damage to the space, fixtures, or equipment may result in repair or replacement fees charged to the owner. ⸻ Cancellation Policy Boujee Scentsations sessions are reserved exclusively for your dog. Because of this, cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, result in forfeiture of the session fee. ⸻ Owner Responsibility I confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. I accept full responsibility for my dog’s behavior and understand that participation is voluntary. ⸻ Consent By booking this session, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms outlined above.
